In early June 2019, I bushwhacked to a small ledge at the far western end of Haystack Mountain which is the next mountain south of the more well-known Caribou Mountain in Evans Notch. Since there was an armed militia of biting bugs operating at full strength, this was one of those rare days when I was grateful for having limited time for hiking!😏
