A Couple of Short Walks in Littleton, NH

In early March 2016, I drove the short distance from my home in Bethlehem, NH to Littleton, NH where I did two short walks (for locations, see purple arrows on map below).

The first trek was to the top of the ski slope at Mt. Eustis Hill Ski Hill.  From there, you can get a view of the Presidential Mountain Range, as well as a view overlooking a portion of Littleton, NH.

On my second walk of the day in Littleton, I snapped a photo of the picturesque Saranac Glove and Tannery building (see below).  A lot of gloves were made here!  This business was based in Littleton, NH forover 100 years (1860s to 1970s).  The company is still in operation, but is now located in Green Bay, WI.

As of the writing of this report, there was an online brochure that provides more information about this company's history in Littleton, and the current use of the building (click HERE).
