However, it's truly awesome to be back home! Not so awesome is the tedious grind of catching up on things, unpacking, etc! :-)1HappyHikerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02242409292439585691noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5541721184143597039.post-35988226670614648962013-04-05T17:04:29.491-04:002013-04-05T17:04:29.491-04:00Glad you're back and had a great trip!Glad you're back and had a great trip! It was remarkable to learn that you went to college in Bloomsburg, PA, and that you have visited Longwood Gardens!

Thank you for taking time to read my Blog and post your comments!

John
1HappyHikerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02242409292439585691noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5541721184143597039.post-47661139313384084232013-04-04T16:55:39.520-04:002013-04-04T16:55:39.520-04:00Welcome home from what looked to be a wonderful tr...Welcome home from what looked to be a wonderful trip. 2500 miles—wow!

How nice to see a bluebird and a red-tail hawk. The color in your photos is brilliant, as usual. Quite a contrast from the (mostly) black and white scene in your own back yard. Looks like you still have enough snow for snowshoeing.

On this trip you passed near some of my old haunts. I went to college not too far from Hazelton (Bloomsburg), have visited Longwood Gardens a few times, and have "birded" in the state of Delaware. So the pictures on this post are definitely of interest to this former east coast resident!
One Day in Americahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06908834658716123640noreply@blogger.com
